Environmental Review Process

To comply with NEPA, the Service prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to analyze the potential effects of the proposed federal action (issuance of incidental take permits) and alternatives to that proposed action. The analysis provided in the EA informed the Service’s decision on issuance of the incidental take permits for the Lake States HCP.
